Atty. Beverly Ann C. Noriega is the Managing Partner of NCRLaw. She established the Office in 2011.
Atty. Noriega obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1986 and her Bachelor of Laws in 1990 from the University of the Philippines Diliman. After passing the Bar in 1991, she held various government attorney positions at the Court of Appeals and the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. She later joined the private sector as a Senior Associate at Jimeno Jalandoni & Cope Law Offices, and also served as Legal Officer and Administrative Manager at Far East Bank and Trust Company (now merged with the Bank of the Philippine Islands).
Atty. Noriega also taught Credit Transactions at the College of Law of both Lyceum of the Philippines University and Adamson University.
She now manages NCRLaw full-time, representing both individual and corporate clients. She serves as legal consultant to a major media company, and as legal consultant and corporate secretary to numerous corporate clients. Her areas of practice include civil, criminal and corporate litigation, as well as legal advisory on banking, finance, labor and immigration, telecommunications and media, environmental law, family law, and corporate law, among others.
She is also the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Rural Bank of Lanuza in Surigao del Sur.

Atty. Vincent Paolo B. Racoma recently joined NCRLaw as Partner.
He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2012 and Juris Doctor degree in 2018 both from the University of the Philippines Diliman. He finished his primary and secondary education at the Ateneo de Manila University.
After passing the Bar in 2019, Atty. Racoma began his legal career as a Court Attorney at the Supreme Court. During his tenure in the Judiciary, he drafted resolutions, opinions, and decisions on a wide range of cases, including constitutional, administrative, criminal, civil, and labor matters. He also assisted in various technical working groups and judicial committees.
He later joined one of the top law firms based in Ortigas, where he focused on litigation and alternative dispute resolution, regulatory and legislative advocacy, corporate services, intellectual property, and other special projects. His practice included handling matters related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and compliance, as well as general energy law. He was also seconded to the local head office of a multinational brand, where he served as in-house counsel—reviewing and drafting contracts and advising on the company’s day-to-day legal concerns.
Atty. Racoma currently co-manages the Office and represents clients before courts and various tribunals.

Ms. Bayona, as Office Manager, handles all administrative and paralegal work at the main office in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig. She also takes care of filings, coordination with offices and agencies, submission of requirements, and client relations, among others
Corazon B. Rufin
SECRETARY AND PARALEGAL
Ms. Rufin is the secretary and paralegal of NCRLaw’s branch office at San Isidro St., Madrid, Surigao del Sur.
She handles filings, registrations, compliances, and titlings, among others.
